From Festival to Brand: The Journey of Bánh Mì Anh Chín

The Bánh Mì Anh Chín Festival 2026 marked the starting point and laid the foundation for BelGroup Hospitality’s journey toward developing and launching the Bánh Mì Anh Chín brand. Built around the spirit of “Vietnamese Banh Mi with a Local Fusion Twist,” the brand aims to bring the distinctive flavors of Vietnamese cuisine into a new, more approachable and contemporary dining experience.

By introducing its recipes to guests and gathering direct feedback from the very beginning, BelGroup Hospitality gained valuable insights to further research, refine its products, and shape the brand’s future flavor offerings. This approach places customer experience at the heart of product development, with the aim of creating bánh mì variations that preserve the spirit of Vietnamese cuisine while offering a fresh take on this beloved local staple.
