Membership
Is membership free? Yes, Bel Privilege membership is completely free. Your Bronze benefits start as soon as you register.
How do I join? To join Bel Privilege, first select Log In / Sign Up at the top of belgroupvn.com. Then enter your email address, along with your name and phone number if requested. After that, select Create My Account. Finally, open the email we send you and follow the link to finish.
Do I need a password? No. Instead, select Member Login, enter your email address and select Receive Access Link. We will then send a secure sign-in link to your inbox.
I haven’t received the email. What should I do? First, check your spam or promotions folder for an email from BelGroup Hospitality. If it still hasn’t arrived after a few minutes, use the resend option on the sign-in page. Otherwise, call us on +84 (0) 971 785 222.
Where are my benefits valid? Bel Privilege benefits apply at all BelGroup hotels and resorts in Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang and Phan Thiet.
Booking & Member Rates
How do I get member rates? Sign in before you book at belgroupvn.com. A welcome message then confirms that your member benefits are active. Eligible rates also display your tier name, so please choose one of these rates. Member rates apply to direct bookings only.
Can I combine member benefits with other offers? No. You cannot combine member benefits with other promotions, offers or contracted rates.
Do I receive my benefits if I book through another channel?
- Direct bookings at belgroupvn.com: you enjoy the full benefits of your tier.
- Online travel agencies and third-party websites: member rates and upgrade priority do not apply. However, you can still enjoy your dining, spa and laundry benefits.
- Travel agent and corporate bookings: the terms of your contract apply.
Tier Status
How do I move up a tier? Your tier depends on the qualifying nights you stay within your membership year. Silver starts from 10 nights, Gold from 15 nights and Platinum from 20 nights. When you reach a new level, we update your tier automatically.
Which nights count towards my tier? Only nights from completed stays that you book directly with BelGroup count. However, stays you book through online travel agencies, third-party websites or travel agents do not count.
What happens if I cancel a stay? Only completed stays count towards your tier. So if you cancel a stay, we remove it from your record and recalculate your tier automatically.
How long does my tier last? Your tier lasts for 12 months. We review it at the end of each membership year. Your membership year runs for 365 days from the date you joined. Qualifying nights do not carry over to the next year. Therefore, if you do not reach the nights your tier requires, your tier may move to a lower level.
Where can I check my tier and benefits? Sign in at belgroupvn.com and select your name at the top of the page. Then choose Go to my member portal to view your tier, benefits and reservations.
Benefits & Conditions
Will I always receive a room upgrade and late check-out? No. Both depend on availability, so we cannot guarantee them. During peak periods such as public holidays, Lunar New Year (Tết), events or high occupancy, they may not be available. Upgrades depend on the rooms available when you check in. Reception confirms late check-out before 10:00 on your day of departure.
How does the birthday benefit work? You can enjoy your birthday benefit once per year, when you stay with us for your birthday. However, it has no cash value and we cannot refund it.
Can I share my membership or exchange benefits for cash? No. Your Bel Privilege membership and tier are personal, so you cannot transfer them to anyone else. They apply only to the member who makes the booking. Benefits also follow your tier at the time of use and apply during your stay only. In addition, they have no cash value and we cannot refund them.
