4. How do I move up a tier?
Tier status is based on qualifying nights or spending within a 12-month period — see the table above. Your tier is updated automatically.
5. How long does my tier last?
Each tier is valid for 12 months and reviewed annually. Spending does not carry over between years; members who do not meet retention conditions may move to a lower tier.
